Foras

- Cast iron PUMP BODY; cast iron PUMP BRACKET, in aluminium for KM 85-105 models.

- SHAFT (at least the part in contact with pumped liquid); ceramic-graphite MECHANICAL SEAL.

- Closed, self-ventilated induction ELECTRIC MOTOR; Insulation class F; IP44 protection.

- Standard manufacture: 230 V - 50 Hz single-phase, with built-in thermal protection up to outputs of 2.2 kW; 230/400 V - 50 Hz three-phase.

- For three-phase pumps and those single-phase with an output greater than 2.2 kW, electric protection must be provided by the user.

APPLICATIONS

The pumps are suitable for liquid transfer in

- Clean water and liquids which are neither mechanically nor chemically aggressive for the pump components.

- Max temperature of pumped liquid: 50°C with Noryl impeller, 90°C with brass impeller.

- Cast iron PUMP BODY and BRACKET; stamped brass alloy IMPELLER; stainless steel SHAFT (at least the part in contact with the pumped liquid); ceramic-graphite MECHANICAL SEAL.

- Closed, self-ventilated induction ELECTRIC MOTOR; Insulation class F, IP44 protection.

- Standard manufacture: 230 V - 50 Hz single-phase, with built-in thermal protection (with the exception of model SC 400); 230/400 V - 50 Hz three-phase, with electric protection to be provided by the user.

APPLICATIONS

- Single impeller centrifugal electric pumps specifically designed to obtain high capacities in relation to medium-low pressures (and outputs).

- The design of the pump body and impeller, characterized by large passages, make these pumps suitable to pump both clean water and liquids with a moderate load of impurities, as long as these are not aggressive for the construction materials.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

 

Foras

- Automatic working pressure systems build-up with centrifugal or self-priming electric pumps.

- Each set, ready for the installation, is made by an electropump, a pre-rated and adjustable pressure switch, pressure gauge, connector (and eventually a flexible hose with s.s. sheath), membrane tank and cable with plug.

- The set specification and performances are related to the adapted electropump, tank capacity and pressure switch rating


APPLICATIONS

- Multistage centrifugal monobloc electric pumps with horizontal (series MO) or vertical (series MV) axes, specifically designed for applications requiring high heads difficult to obtain with single impeller pumps..
